Blog: Food Ethics Council on food policy

This blog discusses the June Business Forum meeting organised by the Food Ethics Council which saw businesses and NGOs coming together to consider how industry and government discusses issues of food consumption and choice now, and how this might need to change.

The blog description is as follows:

“Telling people what to eat has always been seen by government and industry as a tricky challenge, and one that is not their responsibility. But with diet-related ill health on the rise, do businesses and government need to step up to the plate, and in what way?”
