TABLE’s Essay series is a space for people to share their perspective on food systems challenges – drawing on their personal experience, research or practice, from anywhere in the world and in any discipline. We’re interested in the future of food – how and why do people envision that future differently?
The essays in our collection might:
-
ground theoretical discussion in case studies and experience;
-
explore familiar debates in new geographies or disciplines;
-
introduce novel research or activity and its place in wider discussion;
-
offer counterpoints to views expressed elsewhere;
