The University of Oxford’s Livestock, Environment and People project has published a new series of blog posts exploring controversies in the food system. The series aims to explore and clarify areas where evidence is unclear.
The first two posts in the series are:
- Meat, dairy and health: are vegan diets OK, and is too much meat bad?
- Meat, dairy and a net-zero emission future: Can the world meet its greenhouse gas emission targets if current trends in the consumption of meat and dairy continue?
