The World Resources Institute have developed a database that lists policies and measures in 18 developing countries that have an impact on climate change.
It’s a beta version, and so the WRI welcomes feedback on both the user-friendliness of the database and the accuracy of its contents. See here.
A quick look through confirms the general view that there’s not much going on in agriculture (South Korea has some goals for methane reduction from rice paddies though) although there’s a fair amount of activity on forestry.
