Like the Ipsos-Mori report, it finds a gulf between expressed concern for climate change and the actual taking of action.

It also finds that consumers place little consumer trust in business action on climate change and that independent assurance on products is wanted. The report concludes that focusing efforts mainly on consumer facing initiatives will not achieve sufficient change and that a mixture of voluntary and mandatory standard setting and policies is needed.
