Sustainable diets presentation focusing on the Mediterranean

This presentation by Thomas Allen, Paolo Prosperi, Iuri Peri, Bruce Cogill and Martine Padilla is from the conference Resilience 2014 - Resilience and Development: Mobilizing for Transformation 4-8 May, Montpellier France.

It focuses on the Mediterranean region which presents several conditions of vulnerability related to food insecurity and unsustainability of the food system. Their conference paper aims at developing a multidimensional framework, applicable to the Mediterranean countries, to evaluate the sustainability of food systems and diets.
