This report from the Centre for Agroecology, Water and Resilience at Coventry University traces the work done on agroecology by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and suggests how civil society, academics and other actors can encourage and strengthen this work.
The FAO’s existing work on agroecology includes the 2014 International Symposium on Agroecology for Food Security and Nutrition, the 2018 Second International Symposium on Agroecology and the Scaling Up Agroecology Initiative.
