The Centre for Ecoliteracy, a Californian non-profit, has produced a free interactive guide to understanding food and climate change, covering both how climate change affects the food system and how the food system contributes to climate change.
The guide can be downloaded as a free iBook for Mac and iPad users (see here); alternatively, a web-based version is available here. Don’t forget to take a look at the FCRN’s own educational resource, Foodsource, particularly the chapter Food systems and greenhouse gas emissions.
