This paper from the UK’s Institute of Development Studies analyses how the project N2Africa: Putting nitrogen fixation to work for smallholder farmers in Africa has contributed to development outcomes in Ghana and Ethiopia.
The paper finds that the N2Africa project contributed to advancements in the technology used in soybean production in northern Ghana. The project also helped to expand the production and supply of legume inoculants in Ethiopia.
