The GDPRD has published its fifth issues paper on climate change and agriculture. The paper provides an assessment of the latest negotiating text on Long Term Cooperative Action (LCA) for the UNFCCC meeting in Copenhagen in December 2009.
The Platform plan further papers looking at the revised text in the run up to the meeting in Copenhagen. The papers are designed to inform current debates and do not reflect the position of any individual member.
