CHEW - China's Health, Environment and Welfare Research Group at the University of Oxford, recently held an event which sought to bring together work on health, environment.
The presentations covered a range of issues and they are all now available on the CHEW website here.
One of the presenters was Tara Garnett who talked about China’s changing food system, and the implications for nutrition, health and the environment. This drew upon the analysis presented in the FCRN’s recent China report: Appetite for change: social, economic and environmental transformations in China’s food system.
