England Marketing Study: food prices and pesticides

England Marketing's new study, commissioned by the Crop Protection Association, looks at the potential social impact of food price rises. The study relates specifically to the EU proposal to replace the current directive on the authorisations of pesticides.

For more see here.

The report is based on a review of documents relating to food prices and family income, and a stakeholder survey of charities and poverty groups, and of individual consumers. It's called Playing Politics with our Food? Research into the Social Impacts of European Legislation-Induced Increases in Food Prices.
