The "Humankind" series on National Public Radio has produced a series of stories about the interrelatedness of the foods we eat and climate change.
They have posted four half-hour installments that discuss such things as innovation in school cafeterias and how the food system produces greenhouse gases. In addition to these segments, the Diet-Climate Connection has also produced a free downloadable e-booklet, which explains the diet-climate link and suggests ways to eat more sustainably.
