The Danish food, ingredients and pharmaceuticals supplier, Danisco, has signed the Copenhagen Communique on Climate Change.
This initiative (set up by the University of Cambridge) aims to be the voice of the business community in arguing for strong action at Copenhagen, and the aim is to have 500 signatories.
In addition to Danisco, other food and drink related signatories, so far, are Tesco, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Bakkavor, Carrefour, Dairy Crest, Diageo, Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencer, Nestle, O'Kane Poultry Ltd and Pepsico.
