The results of collaborative efforts across the global dairy sector to reduce global GHG emissions were announced at the International Dairy Federation (IDF) World Dairy Summit in Parma, Italy. The summit took as its themes the twin issues of growth and sustainability.
At a reporting session of the Global Dairy Agenda for Action on Climate Change (GDAA) it was argued that the sector continued to fulfil its commitment to cut GHG emissions from 2009-2011.
