In 2008, freelance consultant Rose Bridger produced a series of very interesting papers on aviation and aviation expansion with particular reference to food and flowers.
Her work among other things, focuses on infrastructure development in the aviation sector (eg.investment in terminals, equipment and so forth) and how this affects power relations and investment decisions in the supply chain.
