The LASTING project seeks input on how to measure the sustainability of diets in broad terms and is looking for experts who are working on social, economic, environmental, and/or health aspects of food systems. As part of this exciting study focused on Leading A Sustainability Transition In Nutrition Globally, they're seeking experts to weigh in and share their opinions on how to measure the impacts of food systems and dietary patterns. *Depending on the diversity and representation of other responders, you may be invited to participate in the next steps of the survey process which would require up to 45 minutes of your time, spread out over three occasions via virtual participation.
