The Future Sustainable Food Systems research group at the University of Helsinki is seeking doctoral or postdoctoral candidates to conduct research on the environmental impact of cultured meat. The project will investigate environmental impacts using consequential life cycle assessment (LCA), assessing a broad range of environmental impacts including: land-use change, energy generation, and production of other commodities that occur as a result of changing a system.
