Franklin County Community Meals Program (FCCMP) based in Greenfield, MA is seeking an organized, detail oriented and passionate individual to lead the FCCMP team. Join an organization and community of dedicated individuals addressing food insecurity across Franklin County!
Responsibilities include grant writing, fundraising, budget management, staff supervision, event planning, community outreach and Board of Directors relations. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative, interpersonal and fundraising skills; Must share a passion for alleviating hunger, building food security, and/or community development; Outstanding written and verbal communications skills are a must; Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 5 years closely related professional experience including but not limited to non-profit administration, management or development roles.
