Organiser's description
SU-EATABLE LIFE is a three-year project funded by EU LIFE Programme. It aims to demonstrate the potential of reducing CO2 eq. emissions and water use related to food consumption in Europe through the adoption of healthy and more sustainable diets.
The final conference will underline the importance of food system transformation and help different stakeholders engage to accomplish this improvement, acting as catalysts for change.
During the final conference, participants will get the chance to learn more about the relationship between food and climate, and the results obtained through the application of the Su-Eatable Life programme in company and university canteens in 2019-2021. Moreover, they will know more about practical tools and solutions developed by Su-Eatable Life to foster the adoption of healthier and more sustainable eating habits.
Participation is free upon registration.
