The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences is offering a postdoctoral position on the environmental assessment of foods and policy instruments. More specifically, the postdoc is asked to compile the existing evidence of environmental impacts in and outside Sweden for different food groups relevant to Swedish consumption, and to conduct a systematic mapping of the evidence on policy options to shift food consumption to decrease environmental pressures.
Applicants must hold a PhD in a subject relevant to the research project (preferably with the doctoral degree being no older than 3 years). Required skills include advanced analytical skills, well-developed scientific writing skills, handling of reference management software and ability to work independently.
