Wageningen University and Research is looking for an advisor to join the food and nutrition security cluster at Wageningen Centre for Development Innovation. This position focuses on multi-stakeholder platforms to support more healthy and sustainable diets within food systems. Specifically this project aims to support citizens in making healthier food choices, in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana and Bangladesh.
Applicants must have a MSc degree or PhD in social sciences, public health and nutrition, international development or related fields; a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, with at least two years of experience in Africa, Asia or Latin America, including advisory work and knowledge development; a good understanding of the transformation of agri-food sectors; experience in designing, planning and facilitating multi-stakeholder partnerships; experience with capacity strengthening and facilitation of trainings; strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
